Here are some ponies from the past which have had a major influence on our Stud.
Denny Danny (1943) Champion at Breed Stallion Show 1951 & 1952.
Brockenhurst Shirley (1950) Prize winner in her day. Dam of Merrie Maureen by Goodenough
Merrie Misty (1949) Well known broodmare, and mother of Champions including Merrie Mistral by Denny Danny
Merrie Mistral (1953).First stallion exported to Holland, not before leaving some really good stock here, including Merrie Mercury.

The stallion who shaped our Stud for more than 20 years. Until Marmalade his grandson replaced him
Merrie Maureen (1955)
Mother of Merrie Mercury. She sadly died when he was a few weeks old. He was brought up an orphan, and was really special.
